摘要: 本文综述了情绪智力与青少年考试焦虑的关系,指出情绪智力是关键的心理能力,有助于缓解压力和焦虑。自20世纪20年代起,情绪智力研究已发展出多种测量工具,证实了其在评估个体情绪处理能力方面的重要性。考试焦虑普遍存在于学生中,情绪智力的高低与学生的考试表现呈负相关,表明情绪智力的培养对降低焦虑具有潜在益处。本文强调,学校和家庭需共同努力,通过心理健康教育和心理辅导,帮助青少年管理情绪,提升情绪智力。未来研究应关注情绪智力与考试焦虑的深入联系,以及如何通过教育实践促进学生的情绪智力发展,以应对学业压力。
Abstract: This paper reviews the relationship between emotional intelligence and test anxiety among adolescents, highlighting that emotional intelligence is a crucial psychological ability that helps alleviate stress and anxiety. Since the 1920s, research on emotional intelligence has developed various measurement tools, confirming its importance in assessing an individual’s ability to process emotions. Test anxiety is prevalent among students, and the level of emotional intelligence is negatively correlated with students’ test performance, suggesting that fostering emotional intelligence has potential benefits in reducing anxiety. The paper emphasizes that schools and families need to work together to help adolescents manage their emotions and enhance emotional intelligence through mental health education and psychological counseling. Future research should focus on the deeper connection between emotional intelligence and test anxiety, as well as how to promote the development of students’ emotional intelligence through educational practices to cope with academic pressure.
