企业数字化转型研究现状及发展路径——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Research Status and Development Path of Enterprise Digital Transformation—A Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 在数字经济深入发展的背景下，企业数字化转型不仅是管理学研究的焦点议题，更是企业实践中的核心战略方向。本研究采用文献计量方法，对2015年以来国内外企业数字化转型领域的文献进行系统性整合，结合CiteSpace工具的科学知识图谱技术，解析该领域的演进脉络、热点分布与前沿趋势。通过构建可视化知识网络，本研究明确了数字化转型研究的核心主题、学术合作模式及未来发展方向：一方面，为核心驱动机制、动态过程与溢出效应的理论探索提供结构化框架；另一方面，为企业融合数字技术创新与可持续发展目标，制定适应性战略提供实践启示。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the in-depth development of the digital economy, the digital transformation of enterprises is not only a focal topic in management research but also a core strategic direction in business practice. This study employs bibliometric methods to systematically integrate the literature on the digital transformation of enterprises at home and abroad since 2015. By combining the scientific knowledge mapping technology of CiteSpace, it analyzes the evolution, hotspots, and frontier trends in this field. Through the construction of a visual knowledge network, this study clarifies the core themes, academic cooperation models, and future development directions of digital transformation research: on the one hand, it provides a structured framework for theoretical exploration of core driving mechanisms, dynamic processes, and spillover effects; on the other hand, it offers practical insights for enterprises to integrate digital technological innovation with sustainable development goals and formulate adaptive strategies.
