基于新型项目学习的心理健康教育课程改革探究

Exploring Curriculum Reform in Mental Health Education Based on New Project-Based Learning

摘要: 项目学习是一种以项目为纽带，让学生主动探究并解决真实问题的教学方法。传统项目学习的引入为心理健康教育改革带来了初步成效，但对于当代大学生而言，单纯的活动体验难以支撑其自主探究能力的发展，也难以满足其建立和应用心理健康理论体系的需求。本文提出新型项目学习，旨在通过夯实理论基础与推动实践相结合的方式，从教学内容、师资队伍建设和课程评价等方面对项目设计进行全新规划，阐述新型项目学习的优势，并提出提升大学生心理健康教育教学质量的具体策略。

Abstract: Project-based learning (PBL) is a teaching method that uses projects as a medium to encourage students to actively explore and solve real-world problems. The introduction of traditional PBL has brought initial success to the reform of mental health education. However, for contemporary college students, mere experiential activities are insufficient to support the development of their independent inquiry abilities or meet their needs for establishing and applying a theoretical system of mental health. This paper proposes a new model of PBL, aiming to integrate the consolidation of theoretical foundations with the promotion of practical application. It provides a comprehensive redesign of project-based learning in terms of teaching content, faculty development, and course evaluation, highlighting the advantages of this new approach. Furthermore, specific strategies are proposed to enhance the quality of mental health education for college students.
