Abstract: Pulmonary infection is a common respiratory system disease, mainly caused by the invasion of viruses, bacteria, mycoplasma, fungi and other pathogens, leading to a series of inflammatory reactions in the body. If not controlled in a timely and effective manner, it can progress to severe infection and increase the risk of death. This article mainly reviews the diagnosis and related applications of serum CRP, ALB, and LYM lymphocyte absolute values in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases, providing diagnostic basis for patients with respiratory tract infections, rapid disease progression, and poor prognosis. Reasonable disease assessment, rapid and effective identification and drug application can improve patient prognosis.
