摘要: 作为贸易新形式的跨境电子商务正随着“互联网+”的迅猛发展和各国在经济全球化的背景下越来越紧密地进行着贸易往来，跨境电子商务作为全球贸易的新增长点，正逐渐成为全球经济增长的新增长点。跨境电商企业在进行跨国经营时，面临着不断遇到的知识产权难题，令其“头疼”不已，对其运营产生了不利的影响。跨境电商行业协会要在专业产权服务上起到重要的作用，同时，企业本身也要加强自己的产权规划能力，而政府也要积极地为其提供良好的产权制度环境。这三者之间能够形成一种合力，将跨境电商企业的产权风险降到最低。

Abstract: Cross-border e-commerce, as a new form of trade, is developing rapidly with the rapid development of “Internet+” and the increasingly close trade among countries under the background of economic globalization. As a new growth point of global trade, cross-border e-commerce is gradually becoming a new growth point of the global economy. When engaging in multinational operations, cross-border e-commerce enterprises are constantly facing intellectual property problems, which are extremely “headache” and have an adverse effect on them. The cross-border e-commerce industry association should play an important role in professional intellectual property services, and at the same time, enterprises themselves should also strengthen their intellectual property capabilities, and the government should also actively provide a good intellectual property system environment for them. These three can form a synergy to minimize the intellectual property risks of cross-border-commerce enterprises.
