商业银行助力中小微企业数字化转型对策

Countermeasures for Commercial Banks to Promote the Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

摘要: “十四五”促进中小企业发展规划中指出，中小企业是国民经济和社会发展的生力军，是建设现代化经济体系、推动经济实现高质量发展的重要基础，是扩大就业、改善民生的重要支撑。中小企业在当下发展中面临数字化转型，需投入较大的人力、物力、财力，使得中小企业面临数字化转型不敢转的困境。商业银行在中小企业服务中可以结合中小企业数字化转型，整合自身产品和资源优势助力中小企业开展数字化转型。文章旨在研究中小企业数字化转型常见模式、商业银行助力中小企业数字化现有模式、价值和策略三方面来阐述，抓住中小企业数字化转型机遇，探索相应对策，助力中小企业数字化转型与自身业务发展的双赢。

Abstract: The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) points out that SMEs are the main force in the national economy and social development. They are an important foundation for building a modern economic system and promoting high-quality economic development. They are also important in supporting the expansion of employment and improving people’s livelihoods. SMEs currently face the challenge of digital transformation, which requires significant investment in human, material, and financial resources, leading to a reluctance to transform. Commercial banks can integrate their product and resource advantages to assist SMEs in digital transformation. This paper aims to explore the common modes of SMEs’ digital transformation, the existing models, values, and strategies of commercial banks in promoting SMEs’ digital transformation, seize the opportunities of SMEs’ digital transformation, and explore corresponding countermeasures to achieve a win-win situation for SMEs’ digital transformation and the banks’ own business development.
