卵巢甲状腺类癌1例并文献复习

Ovarian Strumal Carcinoid: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: 目的：探讨卵巢甲状腺类癌的临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法：汇报1例青岛大学附属医院妇科诊治的卵巢甲状腺类癌病例，分析其临床资料、影像学检查及治疗。并进行文献复习及总结。结果：卵巢甲状腺类癌是一种罕见的卵巢肿瘤，发病率低，呈低度恶性，目前主要通过单个病例报道文献了解该疾病，目前治疗方案首选手术治疗。本例卵巢甲状腺类癌病例行腹腔镜右侧附件切除术，术后定期随访，未见复发或远处转移。结论：卵巢甲状腺类癌发病率低，首选手术治疗，治疗方案取决于年龄、生育情况、术中情况、全身情况。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of ovarian strumal carcinoid. Methods: A case of ovarian strumal carcinoid diagnosed and treated by gynecology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University was reported. The clinical data, imaging examination and treatment were analyzed, making the literature review and summary. Results: Ovarian strumal carcinoid is a rare ovarian tumor with a low incidence and mostly low grade malignancy. At present, this disease is mainly understood through single case reports and literatures. At present, surgical treatment is the preferred treatment. This case of ovarian strumal carcinoid underwent laparoscopic right side adnexectomy and was followed up until now. No recurrence or distant metastasis was observed. Conclusion: The incidence of ovarian goiter is low; the first choice is surgical treatment; treatment depends on age, fertility, intraoperative conditions and systemic conditions.
