论网络营销中消费者权益的法律保护
On the Legal Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests in Online Marketing
摘要: 随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,网络营销已成为现代商业的重要组成部分,改变了消费者的购物习惯和企业的营销方式。在网络营销环境中,消费者面临着诸多权益受损的问题,例如虚假宣传、隐私泄露以及售后服务的不完善等。现有法律体系在应对这些问题时存在一定的滞后性和不足,亟待完善。因此,本论文从法律角度出发,分析了网络营销中消费者权益面临的主要法律挑战,探讨了国内外现行法律体系在应对这些问题时的优劣势,提出强化网络营销中消费者权益保护的法律措施。通过完善法律体系、强化监管与执法、推动企业自律以及提升消费者法律意识等措施,可以有效提升消费者在网络营销中的权益保障水平,推动网络营销市场的健康发展。
Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology, online marketing has become an important part of modern business, changing the shopping habits of consumers and marketing methods of enterprises. In the online marketing environment, consumers face many problems of damaged rights and interests, such as false advertising, privacy leakage, and imperfect after-sales service, etc. The existing legal system is lagging behind and inadequate in dealing with these problems. The existing legal system is lagging behind and insufficient in dealing with these problems, which needs to be improved urgently. Therefore, from a legal perspective, this thesis analyses the main legal challenges to consumer rights and interests in online marketing, discusses the strengths and weaknesses of the existing legal systems at home and abroad in dealing with these problems, and proposes legal measures to strengthen the protection of consumer rights and interests in online marketing. By improving the legal system, strengthening supervision and law enforcement, promoting self-regulation of enterprises and enhancing consumers’ legal awareness, the level of protection of consumers’ rights and interests in online marketing can be effectively improved, and the healthy development of online marketing market can be promoted.
