乡村幼儿教师专业发展现状及影响因素研究——基于C市14名乡村教师的访谈研究

The Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Rural Preschool Teachers’ Professional Development—An Interview Study with 14 Rural Teachers in City C

摘要: 乡村幼儿教师专业发展是乡村学前教育质量的重要保障。研究通过对C市14名幼儿教师的深度访谈和分析发现，当前我国乡村幼儿教师专业发展机会、职业素养等方面仍存在较大的提升空间。进一步分析发现政策支持、培训机会和力度等是其最主要的影响因素。基于此，研究根据当前乡村幼儿教师专业发展需求对乡村幼儿教师专业发展提出了对策建议。

Abstract: The professional development of rural preschool teachers is an important guarantee for the quality of rural preschool education. This study found through in-depth interviews and analysis of 14 preschool teachers in C city that there is still significant room for improvement in the professional development opportunities and professional qualities of rural preschool teachers in China. Further analysis reveals that policy support, training opportunities, and intensity are the main influencing factors. Based on this, this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the professional development of rural preschool teachers according to the current professional development needs of rural preschool teachers.
