摘要: 目的：通过Meta分析方法评价针灸治疗支气管哮喘的疗效与安全性。方法：通过扩大范围，检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、CBM、临床实验中心等数据库中有关针灸治疗支气管哮喘的随机对照试验(Randomized Controlled Trials, RCTs)，检索时间：2013年1月至2024年1月，使用RevMan 5.4软件进行分析。结果：共纳入33篇RCTs，Meta分析结果显示，针灸治疗支气管哮喘较常规西药治疗能提高疗效，且能改善肺功能。结论：针灸通过改善气道重构，能促进肺功能从而提高临床疗效，但基于文献质量限制，仍需进一步的临床多中心验证。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of bronchial asthma by Meta-analysis. Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of bronchial asthma in PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, clinical experimental center, and other databases were searched by expanding the scope. The retrieval time was from January 2013 to January 2024, and the software RevMan 5.4 was used for analysis. Results: A total of 33 RCTs were included. Meta-analysis results showed that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of bronchial asthma could improve the efficacy and lung function compared with conventional Western medicine treatment. Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve clinical efficacy by improving airway remodeling and lung function. However, due to the limitation of literature quality, further clinical multi-center verification is still needed.
