新工科背景下金属材料工程专业应用型人才培养的实践教学师资建设策略及成效
The Construction Strategy and Effect of Practical Teaching Teacher Training for Applied Talents in Metal Materials Engineering under the Background of New Engineering
摘要: 应用型人才的培养是社会进步、科技革新及国家人才需求的迫切需要。工程教育理念强调以学生为中心,而以学生为中心即是以符合市场需求的人才培养为中心。要实现高质量人才的培养,首先得为人才培养提供强有力的师资支撑。目前,对于实践能力强的应用型人才的培养存在一个共性问题,即是实践教学师资队伍建设欠佳。基于此,文章以作者所属专业开展的应用型人才培养的实践教学师资建设为例,论述了实践教学师资队伍建设实施路径和实施成效。所获得的研究成果有助于本校金属材料工程专业应用型人才的高质量培养,同时对同类高校或专业的人才培养有一定的辐射示范作用。
Abstract: The cultivation of applied talents is an urgent need of social progress, scientific and technological innovation and national talent demand. The concept of engineering education emphasizes a student-centered approach, which means focusing on cultivating talents that meet the demands of the market. In order to achieve the cultivation of high-quality talents, we must first provide strong teacher support for the cultivation of talents. At present, there is a common problem regarding the training of application-oriented talents with strong practical ability, that is, the construction of practical teaching teachers is not good. Based on this, this paper takes the practical teaching teacher training of applied talents training carried out by the author’s specialty as an example to discuss the implementation path and implementation effect of the construction of practical teaching teacher team. The research results obtained are conducive to the high-quality training of applied talents in the metal materials engineering major of the university, and have a certain radiation demonstration role in the training of talents in similar universities or majors.
