产教融合视域下电商创新创业协同育人体系创新研究——以“八链融合”育人体系建设为例
Innovation Research on E-Commerce Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education System under the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration—Taking the Construction of the “Eight-Chain Integration” Talent Training System as an Example
摘要: 在产教融合和数字经济双重背景下,旧有的电商创新创业人才培养体制已经明显滞后于产业的快速发展,这严重制约着人才培养质量的提升。因此如何有效应对这不匹配、不协调的现象,成为电商协同育人体系构建的核心话题。基于协同育人体系建设实践,研究聚焦于解决校企合作育人模式中育人价值引领不到位、课程知识结构体系不协调和产学协同效果不够理想等核心难题,搭建起“八链融合”的电商协同育人新体系,推动人才培养从校园向校园产业相结合的转型。实践经验表明,该体系有效缓解了电商人才供给与产业升级的结构性矛盾,依托八链深度耦合,构建了校企协同共治的新型治理框架,为高等教育与创新创业人才培养提供了范式参考。
Abstract: Under the dual contexts of industry-education integration and digital economy development, the conventional e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation system has demonstrated significant lag behind the rapid industrial advancement, severely constraining the quality enhancement of talent development. Addressing this mismatch and incoordination has consequently emerged as a central issue in constructing a collaborative e-commerce talent cultivation ecosystem. Building upon practical explorations in collaborative education system development, this study focuses on resolving three core challenges in university-industry collaborative education models: inadequate value guidance in talent cultivation, structural disharmony in curricular knowledge systems, and suboptimal industry-academia synergy. We propose an innovative “Eight-Chain Integration” framework for e-commerce collaborative education, facilitating the transformation of talent development from campus-centric models to integrated campus-industry paradigms. Empirical evidence demonstrates that this system effectively mitigates structural contradictions between e-commerce talent supply and industrial upgrading requirements. Through deep coupling of eight value chains, it establishes a novel collaborative governance framework between academia and industry, providing paradigmatic references for higher education reform and innovation-driven talent cultivation practices.
