摘要: 目的:本研究旨在系统综述我国痴呆症相关移动健康应用程序的现状,分析其基本特征、现存问题并提出改进建议。方法:通过2024年1月至2025年1月期间在iOS应用商店、小米及华为应用市场等平台检索,结合中英文关键词筛选出25款符合标准的应用程序,提取其基本特征,并采用系统可用性量表(SUS)评价可用性,进一步分析功能特征。结果:纳入的应用程序在程序名称、近一年内有无更新、使用人群、应用内存、开发性质等各有区分,SUS评分差异显著,最高为程序1 (80分)和程序24 (80分),最低为程序12 (37.5分)。功能上主要涵盖早期筛查、认知训练、日常辅助等类别,但普遍存在互动模式缺乏(46%无在线功能)、内容更新滞后(46%一年内未更新)、核心功能同质化、信息安全不足及适老化设计缺陷等问题。结论:未来需通过整合医疗资源、优化用户体验、强化隐私保护、推进适老化改造等措施,提升AD相关移动健康应用的功能实用性与用户满意度,促进我国痴呆症智能化管理事业的发展。
Abstract: Objective: This study aims to conduct a systematic review of the current status of mobile health applications related to dementia in China, analyze their basic characteristics, existing problems, and propose improvement suggestions. Methods: Through searching on platforms such as the iOS App Store, Xiaomi and Huawei App Markets from January 2024 to January 2025, and using both Chinese and English keywords, 25 applications that met the criteria were selected. Their basic features were extracted, and the System Usability Scale (SUS) was used to evaluate their usability. Further analysis was conducted on their functional features. Results: The included applications varied in program names, whether they were updated in the past year, target user groups, application memory, and development nature. SUS scores showed significant differences, with the highest scores being 80 for Program 1 and Program 24, and the lowest being 37.5 for Program 12. Functionally, they mainly covered categories such as early screening, cognitive training, and daily assistance. However, common problems included a lack of interactive modes (46% had no online functions), lagging content updates (46% had not been updated within a year), homogenization of core functions, insufficient information security, and design flaws for the elderly. Conclusion: In the future, measures such as integrating medical resources, optimizing user experience, strengthening privacy protection, and promoting age-friendly modifications should be taken to enhance the functional practicality and user satisfaction of dementia-related mobile health applications, and to promote the development of intelligent management of dementia in China.
