摘要: 教育惩戒作为教育领域与法律范畴共同授予教师的教育管理职权，要求教师依法依规施行。教师法律素养的进阶，是顺应依法执教趋势的必然之举，是契合育人价值导向的理性抉择，更是满足自身专业成长需求的关键所在。鉴于此，教师务必持续强化法律素养，增强法律意识，积极投身法律培训与继续教育活动，聚力构建促进教师法律素养提升的“深度协同”体系，确保教育惩戒权得以在合法合规的轨道上正确行使。

Abstract: As an educational management authority jointly granted to teachers in the field of education and law, educational punishment requires teachers to implement it according to law. The advancement of teachers’ legal literacy is an inevitable move in line with the trend of teaching according to law, a rational choice in line with the value orientation of education, and the key to meet their own professional growth needs. In view of this, teachers must continue to strengthen legal literacy, enhance legal awareness, actively participate in legal training and continuing education activities, and work together to build a “deep collaborative” system to promote the improvement of teachers’ legal literacy, so as to ensure that the power of education and punishment can be correctly exercised on the track of legal compliance.
