用外语讲好方言故事：英语专业大创在数字时代的文化交际创新策略

Telling Dialect Stories Well in a Foreign Language: Innovative Strategies of Cultural Communication for English Major Entrepreneurship Project in the Digital Era

摘要: 基于全球文化趋同化对方言多样性带来的挑战及“讲好中国故事”战略需求，本研究通过大学生创新创业项目“创界汉语解码方言——对外汉语学习平台”为载体，建立名为“创界汉语”的方言学习软件，探讨英语专业大学生创新创业项目在数字时代如何实现方言文化的国际化传播。本项目通过实践基础、技术策略、内容策略和传播策略四个层面进行设计，突破传统传播的“文化折扣”困境，助力方言文化的国际传播，为外语类新文科建设提供创新路径。

Abstract: Based on the challenges posed to dialect diversity by the globalization of culture and the strategic need to “tell China’s stories well”, this study, using the college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship project “Innovative Chinese Decoding Dialects—A Chinese Language Learning Platform for Foreigners” as a vehicle, establishes a dialect-learning software named “Innovative Chinese”. It explores how college students majoring in English can achieve the international dissemination of dialect culture in the digital age through innovation and entrepreneurship projects. The project is designed across four dimensions, namely practical foundation, technological strategy, content strategy, and dissemination strategy. It breaks through the traditional dilemma of “cultural discount’” in dissemination, supports the international spread of dialect culture, and provides an innovative pathway for the construction of new humanities in foreign language education.
