摘要: 本病例展示了在严重心功能不全和复杂感染背景下，LVAD植入术的应用优势。尽管当前指南将严重感染视为LVAD植入的绝对禁忌证，但本案例的成功经验可能为未来严重缺血性心肌病患者的治疗提供有益参考。
Abstract: This case highlights the benefits of LVAD implantation in severe cardiac insufficiency and complex infections. While current guidelines classify serious infections as an absolute contraindication for LVAD implantation, the success of this case may offer valuable insights for future management of severe ischemic cardiomyopathy patients.
