Innovative Practice of Integrated Logistics Management in Steel Enterprises

摘要: 对企业而言，创新是生命，管理是核心。管理创新是保证企业可持续发展的有效途径之一。本文介绍了钢铁行业产成品物流的运行现状，结合宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司(以下简称：湛江钢铁)实际的生产物流特征以管理创新为抓手，推行精细化管理机制，以此实现向效率要效益的发展思路，提升企业核心竞争力。本文将从产成品物流的角度，围绕厂内库存管控、生产组织备妥实绩、船舶运行管理等管理模块，针对生产物流组织模式、船舶运营创新、AI系统管理应用等展示管理创新实践方案。

Abstract: For enterprises, innovation is the lifeblood and management is the core. Management innovation is one of the effective approaches to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. This article presents the current operational status of finished product logistics in the steel industry. In combination with the actual production logistics characteristics of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (“Zhanjiang Iron & Steel” for short), taking management innovation as the starting point, the refined management mechanism is implemented to achieve the development concept of seeking benefits through efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. From the perspective of finished product logistics, this article focuses on management modules such as in-plant inventory control, production organization and readiness performance, and ship operation management. It proposes management innovation practice plans for the production logistics organization mode, ship operation innovation, and AI system management application, and presents the practical achievements.
