数字化驱动旅游业转型:长三角地区数字经济人才需求与能力模型研究
Digital Transformation in Tourism: A Study on Digital Economy Talent Demand and Competency Models in the Yangtze River Delta
摘要: 本研究围绕长三角地区旅游业数字经济人才需求展开分析,采用大数据爬取技术收集招聘信息,并通过文本挖掘、TF-IDF、Doc2Vec-KMeans等方法对岗位能力要求进行建模。研究结果表明,旅游业数字经济人才需求主要分为三大类:侧重管理和服务的运营型人才、专注客户体验与产品策划的市场型人才,以及擅长数据分析和营销策略优化的技术型人才。研究强调了数字经济人才培养需要兼顾数字技能与传统服务管理能力,并为高校和企业在人才培养方面提供了数据支持。
Abstract: This study analyzes the demand for digital economy talent in the tourism industry of the Yangtze River Delta region. By leveraging web crawling techniques, text mining, TF-IDF, and Doc2Vec-KMeans clustering, the study models job competency requirements. Findings reveal three primary categories of digital economy talent: operations-oriented professionals focusing on management and service, market-driven experts specializing in customer experience and product planning, and technology-savvy individuals skilled in data analysis and marketing strategy optimization. The study underscores the need for an integrated approach to digital skill development and traditional service management and provides data-driven insights for talent cultivation in academia and enterprises.
