职业学校学生心理健康教育现状和提升路径研究

Study on the Current Situation and Enhancement Path of Mental Health Education for Students in Vocational Schools

摘要: 职业教育是我国教育体系和人才资源开发的重要组成部分，职业院校学生肩负着振兴国家和民族的历史使命与重任。高职院校作为青年人才培养的园地和沃土，他们的身心健康成长对于社会的发展、国家的繁荣、民族的振兴具有至关重要的作用。学生要学习文化知识，还要提高自身的心理抗压能力及自我调节能力。本文分析了职业学校学生心理健康调查报告和心理健康教育现状，指出了心理健康教育中存在的问题，并提出对策和建议。

Abstract: The Vocational education is an important part of China’s education system and the development of human resources. Vocational students shoulder the historic mission and responsibility of revitalizing the country and the nation. Higher vocational colleges and universities, as a place for cultivating young talents, play a vital role in the development of society, prosperity of the country, and revitalization of the nation through their physical and mental health. Students have to learn cultural knowledge, but also improve their psychological stress resistance and self-regulation ability. This paper analyzes the survey report of mental health of students in higher vocational colleges and universities and the current situation of mental health education, points out the problems existing in mental health education, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
