摘要: 本文主要介绍一位免疫功能正常，既往无水痘、带状疱疹病史的青年女性在接种人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papillomavirus, HPV)疫苗后发生水痘–带状疱疹病毒(Varicella-zoster virus, VZV)脑炎，脑脊液基因测序检出VZV，主要临床症状为头痛，在接受静脉滴注更昔洛韦治疗后症状完全缓解的患者。
Abstract: This article focused on a young woman with normal immunocompetence and no previous history of varicella or herpes zoster who suffered varicella-zoster virus (VZV) encephalitis after human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination, and VZV was detected by cerebrospinal fluid gene sequencing. The main clinical symptom was headache, which resolved completely after treatment with intravenous ganciclovir.
