社会工作协同志愿服务助力流动儿童社区融入探究

Exploring Social Work and Volunteerism to Help Migrant Children’s Community Integration

摘要: 伴随着目前我国流动人口的不断增加，流动儿童的规模也持续攀升，其中流动儿童作为“外来者”是否能够融入当地社区对个体成长及社会和谐发展至关重要，而社会工作与志愿服务在其中具有关键的推动潜力。但当前在促进流动儿童社区融入方面，社会工作与志愿服务的协同治理机制尚不完善，资源整合及协同合作存在诸多困难。本文试图基于社会资本理论和协同治理理论，从社会资本构建及协同治理优化等方面提出策略建议，为解决流动儿童社区融入困境提供理论依据与实践指导，为流动儿童的社区融入贡献力量，助力社会公平与和谐发展。

Abstract: Along with the continuous increase of China’s migrant population, the scale of migrant children has also continued to climb, in which the ability of migrant children as “outsiders” to integrate into the local community is crucial to the growth of the individual and the harmonious development of the society, in which social work and volunteerism have a key potential to promote. However, in promoting the community integration of migrant children, the collaborative governance mechanism of social work and volunteer service is still imperfect, and there are many difficulties in resource integration and collaboration. Based on social capital theory and collaborative governance theory, this paper attempts to put forward strategic suggestions from the aspects of social capital construction and collaborative governance optimization, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for solving the dilemma of migrant children’s community integration, contributing to the community integration of migrant children, and assisting in the fair and harmonious development of the society.
