协同护理模式联合KAP护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Collaborative Nursing Mode Combined with KAP Nursing Intervention in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘要: 目的：深入探讨KAP护理干预的具体内容，例如针对不同知识、态度和行为水平的患者，设计个性化的干预方案，并详细描述干预的实施过程和效果评估方法。方法：本研究收治时间点在2023年7月至2024年6月，纳入对象为腰椎间盘突出症患者共140例，按照随机数字表法，分为观察组70例，实施协同护理模式联合KAP护理干预；对照组70例，实施单一协同护理模式。结果：观察组的NRS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P < 0.05)。对比两组护理满意度、生活质量评分，观察组的得分更高(P < 0.05)。结论：在腰椎间盘突出症患者中实施协同护理模式联合KAP护理干预，有助于提高其护理满意度，并改善减轻患者机体疼痛程度，值得研究和推广。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the specific contents of KAP nursing intervention in depth, such as designing personalized intervention programs for patients with different knowledge, attitude and behavior levels, and describe the implementation process and effectiveness evaluation methods of intervention in detail. Methods: A total of 140 patients with lumbar disc herniation were included in this study from July 2023 to June 2024 and were divided into observation group (70 cases) according to random number table method. Collaborative nursing mode combined with KAP nursing intervention was implemented. The control group, 70 cases, implemented single collaborative nursing mode. Results: NRS score, SAS score and SDS score of observation group were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared, and the scores of the observation group were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of collaborative nursing mode combined with KAP nursing intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation is helpful in improving their nursing satisfaction and reducing the degree of body pain, which is worth studying and popularizing.
