摘要: 以《交往焦虑量表(IAS)》《艾森克人格问卷简式量表(EPQ-RSC)》《一般自我效能感量表》作为研究工具，研究大学生人格特质对社交焦虑的影响，且一般自我效能感在其中的中介作用，得出以下结论：(1) 人格特质的精神质维度在性别上呈现出显著性差异(男性高于女性)，而外向性、神经质与掩饰性在性别上不存在显著差异；(2) 人格特质间存在显著关联：精神质与神经质呈正相关，与掩饰性呈负相关；神经质对社交焦虑具有显著正向预测作用；(3) 一般自我效能感在精神质和外向性对社交焦虑的影响中表现出遮掩效应。
Abstract: This study examined the mediating role of general self-efficacy (GSE) between personality traits and social anxiety using IAS, EPQ-RSC and GSES. Key findings: (1) The psychoticism dimension of personality traits shows significant gender differences (male is higher than female), while extraversion, neuroticism, dissimulation show no significant gender differences; (2) There are significant correlations among the dimensions of personality traits: psychoticism is positively correlated with neuroticism and negatively correlated dissimulation; neuroticism has a significant positive predictive effect on social anxiety; (3) General self-efficacy shows a masking effect in the influence of psychotic and extraversion on social anxiety.
