心理资本对高一学生学习投入的团体干预研究

摘要: 为探讨心理资本与学习投入的关系,以唐山市某县一重点中学高一学生为被试,采用《积极心理资本问卷》《学习投入量表》进行问卷调查并基于心理资本理论展开团体干预,结果发现:团体心理辅导能提升学生心理资本及学习投入水平。
Abstract: To explore the relationship between psychological capital and learning engagement, a questionnaire survey was conducted among high school freshmen in a key high school in a county of Tangshan City using the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire and the Learning Engagement Scale. Based on the theory of psychological capital, a group intervention was carried out. The results showed that group psychological counseling could enhance students’ psychological capital and learning engagement levels.
