幼儿园教育教学中游戏精神的缺失与重拾
The Loss and Recovery of Game Spirit in Kindergarten Education and Teaching
摘要: 游戏在幼儿园教育教学中占据着核心地位,它是幼儿学习与发展的重要途径。然而,当前幼儿园教育教学中存在着游戏精神缺失的现象,主要表现为游戏的功利化、成人化、形式化等问题,这严重影响了幼儿的身心健康发展和教育教学质量。文章深入分析了幼儿园教育教学中游戏精神缺失的原因,包括传统教育观念的束缚、教师专业素养的不足、家长教育期望的偏差以及教育评价体系的不合理等。在此基础上,提出了重拾游戏精神的策略,如树立正确的游戏观念、提升教师的游戏指导能力、加强家园合作以及完善教育评价体系等,旨在为幼儿园教育教学改革提供有益的参考,促进幼儿在游戏中快乐成长、全面发展。
Abstract: Games occupy a core position in kindergarten education and teaching, and it is an important way for children to learn and develop. However, at present, there is a lack of game spirit in kindergarten education and teaching, which is mainly manifested as utilitarian, adult, formalization and other problems of game, which seriously affects children’s physical and mental health development and education and teaching quality. This paper deeply analyzes the reasons for the lack of game spirit in kindergarten education and teaching, including the bondage of traditional education concepts, the lack of teachers’ professional quality, the deviation of parents’ educational expectations and the unreasonable educational evaluation system. On this basis, the author puts forward some strategies to regain the spirit of games, such as setting up correct game concepts, improving teachers’ game guidance ability, strengthening home cooperation and improving education evaluation system, etc., aiming to provide useful references for kindergarten education and teaching reform and promote children’s happy growth and all-round development in games.
