乡村振兴背景下通渭县农村电商物流发展对策研究

Research on the Development Countermeasures of Rural E-Commerce Logistics in Tongwei County under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 乡村振兴战略实施以来，农村各方面发展取得了显著成效。农村电商物流作为连接城市和农村、连接生产和消费的桥梁与纽带，在激发农村经济活力、增加农民收入，刺激农民扩大消费等方面发挥着积极作用，更在促进乡村振兴方面的重要作用日益凸显。本文通过深入调研通渭县农村电商物流发展现状，发现存在的主要问题有：农村电商物流基础设施建设薄弱、缺乏专业电商物流人才、难以实现“最后一公里”等问题。为此，本文根据通渭县电商物流目前存在的突出问题提出了夯实农村基础设施建设、培养和引进专业物流人才、多措并举解决“最后一公里”难题等措施，旨在推动通渭县农村电商物流业高质量发展，助力乡村振兴“加速跑”。

Abstract: Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, remarkable achievements have been made in all aspects of rural development. As a bridge and link connecting cities and rural areas, as well as production and consumption, rural e-commerce logistics plays an active role in stimulating the rural economic vitality, increasing farmers’ income, and encouraging farmers to expand consumption. Moreover, its important role in promoting rural revitalization has become increasingly prominent. Through in-depth research on the current development status of rural e-commerce logistics in Tongwei County, this paper finds that the main existing problems include weak infrastructure construction of rural e-commerce logistics, a shortage of professional e-commerce logistics talents, and difficulties in achieving the “last mile” delivery. Therefore, in response to the prominent problems currently existing in the e-commerce logistics of Tongwei County, this paper proposes measures such as consolidating the construction of rural infrastructure, cultivating and introducing professional logistics talents, and adopting multiple measures to solve the “last mile” problem. The aim is to promote the high-quality development of the rural e-commerce logistics industry in Tongwei County and help rural revitalization “accelerate”.
