摘要: 在数字化浪潮的推动下，个人信息的采集和应用范围不断扩大，然而随之而来的安全隐患也日益凸显，对隐私保护和数据安全构成了重大威胁。在此背景下，本文将探讨加强个人信息保护的紧迫性，阐明个人信息权保护的重要意义，并剖析当前法律保护面临的主要困境。在此基础上，提出完善法律制度的思路，以期为我国个人信息权法律保护体系的完善提供理论支持和实践参考。

Abstract: Driven by the wave of digitization, the scope of collection and application of personal information has been expanding, however, the ensuing security risks are also becoming more and more prominent, posing a major threat to privacy protection and data security. Against this background, this paper will discuss the urgency of strengthening the protection of personal information, elucidate the significance of the protection of the right to personal information, and analyze the major dilemmas facing the current legal protection. On this basis, it puts forward the idea of improving the legal system, with a view to providing theoretical support and practical reference for the improvement of the legal protection system of the right to personal information in China.
