美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的有效性及安全性评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Metoprolol in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要: 目的：探究美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的有效性及安全性。方法：本研究收治时间点在2023年1月至2025年1月，纳入对象为老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者共80例，分组方法选择随机数字表法，分为观察组40例，实施美托洛尔治疗，对照组40例，实施曲美他嗪治疗。结果：两组心功能指标、临床疗效、不良反应进行对比，结果显示(P < 0.05)。结论：美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的有效性及安全性均较高，有助于改善患者心功能，值得研究和推广。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of metoprolol in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: The admission time points of this study were from January 2023 to January 2025. A total of 80 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were included. The grouping method selected was the random number table method. They were divided into an observation group of 40 cases, treated with metoprolol, and a control group of 40 cases, treated with trimetazidine. Result: The cardiac function indicators, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, and the results showed (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy and safety of metoprolol in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease are both relatively high. It is helpful to improve the cardiac function of patients and is worthy of research and promotion.
