城乡融合背景下四川农民工市民化的困境与对策研究

Research on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of the Urbanization of Migrant Workers in Sichuan Province under the Background of Urban-Rural Integration

摘要: 随着城乡发展不平衡加剧，四川作为农民工大省，其市民化进程备受关注。本次研究基于CGSS数据，从四川农民工发展现状及特征入手，发现当前四川省农民工在市民化过程中，存在户籍制度困境、社会保障困境、就业困境和心理认同困境，基于此，提出持续推进户籍制度变革，消除农民工落户障碍；完善社会保障体系，切实维护农民工权益；进行职业培训，提高农民工就业竞争力；加大宣传力度，消除对农民工的歧视等建议，以期打破城乡壁垒，促进资源优化配置，推动城乡共同繁荣。

Abstract: With the intensification of the imbalance between urban and rural development, Sichuan, as a major province of migrant workers, has attracted much attention for its citizenship process of migrant workers. Based on CGSS data, this study starts with the current development status and characteristics of migrant workers in Sichuan, and finds that in the current citizenship process of migrant workers in Sichuan Province, there exist dilemmas in the household registration system, social security, employment, and psychological identity. To address these issues, some advises are proposed: improving the social security system to effectively safeguard their rights and interests; conducting vocational training to enhance their employment competitiveness; and increasing publicity efforts to eliminate discrimination against migrant workers. It is hoped that these recommendations can break down urban-rural barriers, optimize resource allocation, and promote common prosperity between urban and rural areas.
