生成式AI赋能童书出版——《AI少年:火星生存大挑战》背后的流程变革与角色转型
AIGC Empowers Children’s Book Publishing—The Process Change and Character Transformation behind “AI Youth: The Martian Survival Challenge”
摘要: 近年来,在AIGC技术的驱动下,出版行业经历了前所未有的挑战和机遇。本文以国内首部少儿AI共创图书《AI少年:火星生存大挑战》为例,分析生成式AI给传统出版流程带来的变革,以及由此产生的编辑角色转型需要。研究发现,人机协同创作和智能审校工具让出版流程更加敏捷、高效,同时,编辑角色也从传统的“文字工匠”变为“创意架构师”。在此背景下,出版机构应构建创作辅助、风险控制、版权管理三位一体的数字生态系统,加强技术中台建设。
Abstract: In recent years, driven by AIGC technology, the publishing industry has experienced unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This article takes the first children’s AI co-creation book in China, “AI Youth: The Martian Survival Challenge”, as an example to analyze the changes brought by generative AI to the traditional publishing process, as well as the resulting need for editor role transformation. The study found that human-computer collaborative creation and intelligent proofreading tools make the publishing process more agile and efficient. At the same time, the role of editors has shifted from traditional “text craftsmen” to “creative architects”. So, publishing institutions should build a digital ecosystem that integrates creative assistance, risk control, and copyright management, and strengthen the construction of technology platforms.
