高水平对外开放背景下吉林省对外贸易发展现状与对策建议

Current Situation and Countermeasures for the Development of Foreign Trade in Jilin Province under the Background of High-Level Opening-Up

摘要: 在经济全球化纵深发展与东北亚区域合作深化的背景下，吉林省作为共建“一带一路”向北开放的重要窗口，其对外贸易的高质量发展对区域经济振兴具有重要战略意义。本文立足于吉林省对外贸易发展现状，揭露其面临的规模总量偏小、外贸依存度偏低、市场集中度过高、产品竞争力不足的多重困境。针对上述问题，本文从强化技术创新驱动、拓展多元市场、优化产业结构等维度提出建议。

Abstract: Under the background of deepening economic globalization and intensified regional cooperation in Northeast Asia, Jilin Province, as a crucial window for northward opening in the joint construction of the Belt and Road, holds significant strategic importance in its high-quality foreign trade development for regional economic revitalization. This paper, based on the current situation of foreign trade development in Jilin Province, reveals the multiple challenges it faces, including a relatively small scale, low foreign trade dependency, excessive market concentration, and insufficient product competitiveness. To address these issues, this study proposes recommendations from multiple dimensions including strengthening innovation-driven technological advancements, expanding diversified markets, and optimizing industrial structure.
