精神科临床教学中案例教学法的应用与效果评价
Application and Effect Evaluation of Case Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Psychiatry
摘要: 目的:研究案例教学法(CBL)在精神科实习临床带教中的效果。方法:选取2024年03月~2025年03月本院精神科收入的实习生50例,按照教学形式的不同,分为研究组和对照组,单组25例,分析教学效果。结果:研究组考核成绩高于对照组,P < 0.05;研究组考核成绩通过率高于对照组,P < 0.05;研究组对带教满意度高于对照组,P < 0.05;研究组教学效果评价高于对照组,P < 0.05。结论:采用CBL教学法对精神科实习生进行教学,能显著提升其考核成绩、提高考核成绩通过率、教学效果评价,提升教学满意度,可运用。
Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of case teaching method (CBL) in clinical teaching of psychiatric practice. Methods: Fifty interns from the psychiatric department of our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different teaching forms, with 25 cases in each group. The teaching effect was analyzed. Results: The test scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, P < 0.05; The passing rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05; The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05; The teaching effect evaluation of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Using CBL teaching method to teach psychiatric interns can significantly improve their assessment results, improve the passing rate of assessment results, teaching effect evaluation, and enhance teaching satisfaction. It can be applied.
