Pedagogical Strategies for Alleviating Learning Anxiety in Junior High School Linear Equation in One Variable
摘要: 本文聚焦于初中数学“一元一次方程”学习过程中学生普遍存在的焦虑情绪,旨在通过教育学理论与实践的结合,探讨有效的焦虑缓解策略,并详细阐述教师如何基于这些策略设计具体的课堂教学方案。通过分析焦虑的成因、影响,以及教育学中缓解焦虑的理论支撑,本文将提出一系列针对性的教学策略,并通过实例展示如何在“一元一次方程”的教学中实施这些策略,以期降低学生的学习焦虑,提升教学效果。
Abstract: This study focuses on the prevalent anxiety among middle school students during the learning of “linear equation in one variable” in mathematics. It aims to integrate educational theory and practice to explore effective strategies for alleviating anxiety, while detailing how teachers can design specific classroom teaching plans based on these strategies. By analyzing the causes and impacts of anxiety, as well as the theoretical foundations in pedagogy for anxiety mitigation, this paper proposes a series of targeted instructional strategies. Through concrete examples, it demonstrates the implementation of these strategies in teaching “linear equation in one variable” with the goal of reducing students’ learning anxiety and enhancing teaching effectiveness.
