我国研究生导学关系研究热点、趋势及思考——基于CiteSpace的可视化知识图谱分析

Research Hotspots, Trends, and Reflections on Supervisor-Postgraduate Relationship in China—A Visual Knowledge Graph Analysis Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 本研究借助CiteSpace文献计量工具，对2005~2025年中国知网(CNKI)中469篇关于研究生导学关系的文献展开可视化分析。结果显示，该领域研究发文量呈现出四个阶段的发展态势。关键词共现分析表明，研究围绕“导学关系”这一核心，形成了“主体–问题–价值”的研究脉络，涉及导师、研究生、师生关系等基础范畴，以及影响因素、培养质量、导学互动等多元议题。聚类分析进一步细化出9个研究主题群，涵盖了导学关系的本质特征、主体互动、影响机制等方面。突现分析揭示了研究热点的演进轨迹。在此基础上，未来该领域需在跨学科理论融合、研究方法创新、实践导向以及立德树人导向下的育人功能强化等方面深入探索，以推动研究生教育高质量发展。

Abstract: This study conducts a visual analysis of 469 articles on the Supervisor-Postgraduate Relationship from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) between 2005 and 2025 using the bibliometric tool CiteSpace. The results reveal that research outputs in this field have evolved through four distinct developmental phases. Keyword co-occurrence analysis indicates that studies revolve around the core theme of the “Supervisor-Postgraduate Relationship,” forming a “subject-problem-value” research framework. This encompasses foundational categories such as supervisors, postgraduates, and mentor-student dynamics, as well as diverse topics including influencing factors, training quality, and supervisory interactions. Cluster analysis further identifies nine thematic clusters, covering the essential characteristics of the Supervisor-Postgraduate Relationship, interactive dynamics between stakeholders, and underlying mechanisms of influence. Burst analysis uncovers the evolutionary trajectory of research hotspots. Building on these findings, future research should deepen interdisciplinary theoretical integration, innovate methodologies, strengthen practice-oriented approaches, and enhance the educational function of mentorship under the guidance of moral education and talent cultivation, thereby advancing the high-quality development of postgraduate education.
