摘要: 目的：研究基本公共卫生服务项目对提高居民健康水平的促进效果。方法：抽取本区域内居民共计116例，时间范围为2024年02月~2025年02月期间，随机分组研究组和对照组，单组58例，分析两组不同干预方式的效果。结果：干预后，研究组知信行水平高于对照组，P < 0.05；干预后，研究组健康促进生活方式评分高于对照组，P < 0.05；研究组慢性病发病率、死亡率低于对照组，P < 0.05。结论：运用基本公共卫生服务项目干预方式对居民干预，可使其居民健康水平、知信行水平、健康促进生活方式提升，降低慢性病发病率和死亡率，建议运用。

Abstract: Objective: To study the promotion effect of the basic public health service project on improving the health level of the residents. Methods: A total of 116 residents in the region were enrolled in this study from February 2024 to February 2025. They were randomly assigned to either the study group or the control group, with 58 cases in each group. The effects of different intervention methods were then compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the study group demonstrated significantly higher knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) scores compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Similarly, the health-promoting lifestyle score in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Furthermore, both the incidence and mortality rates of chronic diseases were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of basic public health service project intervention for residents can improve their health level, knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) scores, health promotion lifestyle, and reduce the morbidity and mortality of chronic diseases. It is suggested to use it.
