心理教育课程课内外“一体化”教学模式的建构与实践
Construction and Practice of an Integrated In-Class and Out-of-Class Teaching Model for Psychological Education Courses
摘要: 随着经济社会快速发展,高校学生心理健康问题日益突出。心理教育课程创新构建了以“融合”为特征的课内外“一体化”教学模式,为高校心理素质教育注入新的发展动力。本文梳理了教学模式演进逻辑,以资源互动论为指引,提出通过强化课内体验、促进课内外融合、精选教学资源、完善评价体系、融入“五育”载体等路径,推动理论教学向实践教学、课内体验向课外体验、封闭课堂向开放平台、教师主导向师生共创、心理育人向“三全育人”延伸,真正实现学生“听得懂、学得会、用得上”的教学目标。
Abstract: With the rapid socioeconomic development, mental health problems among college students have become increasingly prominent. In response, psychological education courses have innovatively developed an integrated teaching model characterized by the fusion of in-class and out-of-class learning experiences, bringing fresh momentum into psychological quality education at universities. This paper systematically reviews the logical progression of the teaching model. Guided by the theory of resource interaction, it proposes strategies, such as enhancing experiential learning within class, promoting the integration of classroom and extracurricular experiences, carefully selecting educational resources, improving the evaluation system, and embedding these within the framework of the “Five Domains of Education”. These strategies facilitate shifts from theoretical instruction to practical teaching, from classroom experiences to extracurricular engagement, from closed classrooms to open platforms, from teacher-centered to teacher-student collaborative creation, and from purely psychological education to comprehensive and holistic education. Ultimately, the model aims to realize educational objectives where students genuinely “understand, master, and practically apply” psychological knowledge.
