摘要: 教师的课程意识与教师的专业发展紧密联系。教师对课程的理解、实施、评价等直接影响教师的专业行为。本文通过分析课程意识的内涵以及在英语教学中的指引价值,阐述了教师课程意识在打破知识传递过程中的线性思维、促进各学科核心素养的落地以及提高教师专业成长内驱力的重要作用。同时,本文从三个维度探讨了教师课程意识的培养策略。最后,本文强调课程意识培养是一个多维度、协同发展的过程,教师、学校和专家以及人工智能辅助的协同合作是促进教师课程意识提升的关键。教师课程意识的培养,不仅有助于教师专业能力的提升,还能够推动学生的全面发展及教育改革的顺利实施。
Abstract: Teachers’ curriculum awareness is closely linked to their professional development. Teachers’ understanding, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum directly affect their professional behavior. By analyzing the connotation of curriculum awareness and its guiding value in English teaching, this paper describes the important role of teachers’ curriculum awareness in breaking the linear thinking in the process of knowledge transfer, promoting the landing of core competences in each subject, and improving the internal drive of teachers’ professional growth. Meanwhile, this paper discusses the cultivation strategy of teachers’ curriculum awareness from three dimensions. Finally, this paper emphasizes that the cultivation of curriculum awareness is a multidimensional and synergistic development process, and that the synergistic cooperation among teachers, schools and experts, as well as AI assistance, is the key to promoting teachers’ curriculum awareness. The cultivation of teachers’ curriculum awareness not only contributes to the improvement of teachers’ professional ability, but also promotes the comprehensive development of students and the smooth implementation of education reform.
