校园欺凌消极旁观者道德敏感性与道德推脱的关系：一项网络分析

The Relationship between Moral Sensitivity and Moral Disengagement of Negative Bystanders in School Bullying: A Network Analysis

摘要: 为探讨青少年校园欺凌消极旁观者道德敏感性与道德推脱具体类型间的特定联结。本研究使用角色倾向问卷筛选高中生校园欺凌消极旁观者490人，并使用道德敏感问卷、青少年道德推脱问卷进行问卷调查，对数据做网络分析，结果显示：(1) 委婉标签是网络中中心性最强的节点，其次是觉察频率、扭曲结果和责任分散；(2) 在道德敏感中，觉察频率与道德推脱关联程度最高；(3) 在道德推脱中，责备归因(其次是非人性化)与道德敏感桥关联程度最高。本研究揭示了道德敏感性与道德推脱的复杂关系，为更有针对性的校园欺凌干预提供了理论依据。

Abstract: To explore the specific connections between moral sensitivity and specific types of moral disengagement among negative bystanders in adolescent school bullying, this study used a role propensity questionnaire to select 490 negative bystanders from high school students. The Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire and the Adolescent Moral Disengagement Questionnaire were administered to these participants. Network analysis was conducted on the data. The results showed that: (1) Euphemistic labeling was the most central node in the network, followed by perception frequency, distortion of consequences, and diffusion of responsibility; (2) Among moral sensitivity factors, perception frequency had the highest degree of association with moral disengagement; (3) Among moral disengagement factors, blame attribution (followed by dehumanization) had the highest degree of association with moral sensitivity. This study revealed the complex relationship between moral sensitivity and moral disengagement, providing a theoretical basis for more targeted school bullying interventions.
