德国双元制教育制度对中国高校人才培养模式的启示

摘要: 在全球化和知识经济时代,高等教育面临着培养应用型、创新型人才的迫切需求。本文以德国双元制为视角,探讨中国高校未来培养模式的改革方向。文章分析了德国双元制的核心要素,包括校企合作机制、课程设置、师资队伍建设以及评价体系等。并结合中国高等教育现状,指出当前人才培养模式存在的突出问题,在此基础上提出中国高校未来培养模式的改革路径。中国高校在借鉴德国双元制经验时,应立足国情,探索具有中国特色的应用型人才培养模式,为经济社会发展提供强有力的人才支撑。
Abstract: In the era of globalization and knowledge economy, higher education is faced with the urgent need to cultivate applied and innovative talents. This article takes the German dual system as a perspective to explore the future reform direction of the cultivation mode in Chinese universities. The article analyzes the core elements of the German dual system, including the university-enterprise cooperation mechanism, curriculum, faculty construction and evaluation system. Combined with the current situation of Chinese higher education, it points out the outstanding problems of the current talent cultivation mode, and puts forward the reform path of the future cultivation mode of Chinese colleges and universities on this basis. When learning from the experience of German dual system, Chinese universities should be based on national conditions and explore the applied talent cultivation mode with Chinese characteristics, so as to provide strong talent support for economic and social development.
