胃癌术后患者居家营养管理知信行的质性研究

摘要: 目的:采用质性访谈法深入探讨胃癌术后患者的居家营养知信行状况,为改善患者术后营养状况提供参考。方法:对8例胃癌术后患者进行半结构式访谈,对访谈资料进行收集、分析和总结并提取主题。结果:共提取4个主题:营养认知水平整体较低、营养态度积极、营养依从性一般、营养指导需求高。结论:应有效加强患者出院后的营养宣教,督促患者营养信念向营养行为转化,多举措提高患者居家营养知信行水平。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of home nutrition in patients with gastric cancer after surgery by qualitative interview, and to provide a reference method for improving the nutritional status of patients after surgery. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 8 postoperative patients with gastric cancer, and the interview data were collected, analyzed, and summarized, and the themes were extracted. Results: A total of four themes were extracted: low level of nutrition cognition, positive nutrition attitude, average nutrition compliance, and high demand for nutrition guidance. Conclusion: It is necessary to effectively strengthen the nutrition education of patients after discharge, urge patients to transform their nutritional beliefs into nutritional behaviors, and take more measures to improve patients’ knowledge, attitude and practice in nutrition at home.
