Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Liver Failure in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis
摘要: 本文论述了肝硬化进展为肝衰竭的影响因素。肝硬化是一种慢性进行性肝病，其进展为肝衰竭是一个复杂的过程，受多种因素影响。本文详细探讨了病因、年龄与性别、生活方式、实验室指标、治疗依从性对肝硬化进展的影响。通过综合分析这些因素，本文旨在为临床医生提供全面的管理思路，以延缓肝硬化进展，改善患者预后。
Abstract: This article discusses the influencing factors of liver cirrhosis progressing to liver failure. Liver cirrhosis is a chronic progressive liver disease, and its progression to liver failure is a complex process affected by many factors. This article discusses in detail the effects of etiology, age and gender, lifestyle, laboratory indicators, and treatment compliance on the progression of liver cirrhosis. By comprehensively analyzing these factors, this paper aims to provide clinicians with comprehensive management ideas to delay the progression of liver cirrhosis and improve the prognosis of patients.
