外研版高中英语教材议论文中的及物性研究
A Study on Transitivity in Argumentation in FLTRP High School English Textbooks
摘要: 及物性是系统功能语言学中实现概念功能的有效方法之一,将人们在现实世界中的所见所闻、所作所为分成若干过程,并指明与各种过程有关的“参与者”和“环境成分”。及物性理论是一个有效的语篇分析工具,能够通过对各小句的较为详尽和细致的阐释,揭示语篇特征。文章对外研版高中英语教材中的议论文进行及物性分析,初步探讨英语议论文的文体特征。
Abstract: Transitivity is one of the effective methods in systemic functional linguistics to achieve conceptual function, which divides people’s observations, experiences, and actions in the real world into several processes and identifies the “participants” and “environmental components” related to each process. Transitivity theory is an effective discourse analysis tool that can reveal discourse features through detailed and meticulous explanations of each clause. Taking argumentation in FLTRP High School English Textbooks as an example, this article explores the stylistic features of English argumentative writing through transitivity analysis.
