我国居民的数字素养影响因素研究——以湖南、浙江、贵州为例
Research on the Influencing Factors of Digital Literacy among Chinese Residents—A Case Study of Hunan, Zhejiang, and Guizhou
摘要: 在数字经济背景下,数字素养已成为公民核心素质与国家竞争力的重要体现。本研究基于问卷调查数据,探究影响湖南、浙江、贵州省居民数字素养的因素。研究发现环境因素、政策因素、社会文化因素、教育因素等对我国居民数字素养具有显著影响。参加培训、学历较高以及受社交环境影响的被调查者数字素养更高。基于此,本文认为政府可以优化向居民提供的数字素养培训环境,政府和企业应建立多个平台建立数字素养联盟进行协同提升机制等建议。
Abstract: In the context of the digital economy, digital literacy has become a crucial reflection of citizens’ core competencies and national competitiveness. Based on questionnaire survey data, this study explores the factors influencing the digital literacy of residents in Hunan, Zhejiang, and Guizhou provinces. The findings indicate that environmental factors, policy factors, socio-cultural factors, and educational factors significantly impact the digital literacy of Chinese residents. Respondents who participated in training programs, had higher education levels, or were influenced by their social environments exhibited higher digital literacy. Accordingly, this paper suggests that the government can optimize the digital literacy training environment provided to residents, and both government and enterprises should establish multi-platform digital literacy alliances to implement collaborative enhancement mechanisms.
