装配式混凝土剪力墙结构体系质量管控现状与改进策略
Practice Status and Improvement Strategy of Quality Control of Prefabricated Concrete Shear Wall Structure System
摘要: 随着装配式建筑的逐步深入实施,传统的装配式建筑技术体系正在经历持续的完善与革新。在这一进程中,众多新型装配式建筑技术体系应运而生,它们通过简化施工流程、提升施工效率、降低施工成本等方式,为建筑产业化的进步注入了强大动力。依托北京市在装配式建筑领域积累的丰富经验和数十年发展成果,系统归纳了装配式混凝土剪力墙结构体系的核心技术特征和质量控制关键要点,并针对当前实践提出了若干具体建议,以期为推动建筑产业高质量发展提供有益参考。
Abstract: With the gradual advancement of prefabricated building implementation, the traditional prefabricated building technology system is continuously undergoing improvement and innovation. In this process, numerous novel prefabricated building technology systems have emerged, injecting robust momentum into the progress of construction industrialization by streamlining the construction process, enhancing construction efficiency, and reducing construction costs. Drawing upon Beijing’s extensive experience and decades of development achievements in the field of prefabricated building, this paper systematically summarizes the core technical characteristics and key aspects of quality control for prefabricated concrete shear wall structure systems while offering specific recommendations for current practices to provide valuable insights for promoting high-quality development within the construction industry.
