黄花棘豆的化学成分研究

摘要: 黄花棘豆(Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge)是豆科(Fabaceae)、棘豆属(Oxytropis DC)多年生草本植物,含有种类丰富的化合物,有较强的生物活性。为了探究黄花棘豆的化学成分,对提取物使用多种柱层析分离纯化,并使用核磁共振波谱法结合相关文献鉴定了13种化合物。
Abstract: Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge is a perennial herb of Fabaceae and Oxytropis DC. It contains a variety of compounds and has strong biological activity. In order to explore the chemical constituents of Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge, the extracts were isolated and purified by various column chromatography, and 13 compounds were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy combined with relevant literature.
