火工品环境试验现场安全生产管理探讨
Discussion on Safety Production Management of Explosive Ordnance Environmental Testing Site
摘要: 文章分析了火工品环境试验生产现场安全管理特点,结合试验项目及要求,系统阐述了火工品环境试验现场安全生产管理体系构成、安全生产关键环节,探讨了火工品环境试验现场安全生产管理相关的制度体系、安全隐患管理、外来人员管理等基本要求,重点针对现场操作管理提出了较为完备的管理内容和实施要求,初步形成了安全生产管理解决方案,可为相关行业现场安全生产管理提供借鉴。
Abstract: This paper analyzes the characteristics of safety management in the production site of pyrotechnic environmental testing, and systematically elaborates on the composition of the safety production management system and key links of safety production in the pyrotechnic environmental testing site, based on the testing projects and requirements. The basic requirements for safety production management in the pyrotechnic environmental testing site, including the institutional system, safety hazard management, and external personnel management, are discussed. The focus is on proposing relatively complete management content and implementation requirements for on-site operation management, and a preliminary solution for safety production management has been formed, which can provide a reference for on-site safety production management in related industries.
