氧化镧对钼铼合金组织及性能的影响研究
Research on the Effect of Lanthanum Oxide on the Structure and Properties of Molybdenum Rhenium Alloy
摘要: 本文采用固–固掺杂法在Mo-Re合金中掺杂了不同粒度的La
2O
3制备了Mo-Re-La
2O
3合金。2000℃烧结后分析了断口形貌、晶粒尺寸及第二相的粒径尺寸及分布;测试了Mo-Re-La
2O
3合金的密度、硬度、抗拉强度,研究表明:随着La
2O
3粒度的减小对Mo-Re-La
2O
3合金的晶粒细化作用明显,同时La
2O
3的添加强化了Mo-Re合金的力学性能,40 nm La
2O
3对Mo-Re-La
2O
3合金的力学性能提升最显著。
Abstract: In this paper, Mo-Re-La2O3 alloy was prepared by doping different particle sizes of La2O3 into Mo-Re alloy using a solid-solid doping method. The fracture morphology, grain size, and particle size distribution of the second phase after sintering at 2000˚C were characterized. The density, hardness, and tensile strength of Mo-Re-La2O3 alloy were tested. The research shows that as the particle size of La2O3 decreases, the grain refinement effect of Mo-Re-La2O3 alloy is significant. The addition of La2O3 enhances the mechanical properties of Mo-Re alloy, and 40 nm La2O3 has the most significant effect on improving the mechanical properties of Mo-Re-La2O3 alloy.
