Exploration of the Path for the Construction of Labor Education Bases and Resources in High Schools in the New Era

摘要: 新时代对劳动教育提出了新的要求，需要培养学生的创新精神、实践能力和劳动价值观，以适应社会发展的需要，劳动教育基地是开展劳动教育实践的重要载体。通过问卷调查、访谈和实地走访，分析了当前高中劳动教育基地与资源建设的现实问题，研究了劳动教育基地与资源建设的核心维度，探索了新时代高中劳动教育基地与资源建设的路径，提出开发劳动教育课程三维模型，重构劳动教育基地建设的空间，完善劳动教育管理制度和评价体系，提升劳动教育师资质量等措施，为落实“五育融合”提供实践参考。

Abstract: The new era has put forward new requirements for labor education, which demands the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit, practical ability, and labor values to meet the needs of social development. Labor education bases are important carriers for conducting labor education practices. Through questionnaire surveys, interviews, and on-site visits, this paper analyzes the current practical problems in the construction of labor education bases and resources in high schools, studies the core dimensions of labor education base and resource construction, explores the paths for the construction of labor education bases and resources in the new era, and proposes measures such as developing a three-dimensional model of labor education courses, reconstructing the space for labor education base construction, improving the management system and evaluation system for labor education, and enhancing the quality of labor education teachers, providing practical references for the implementation of the “integration of five educations”.
