Forensic Pathological Analysis of the Death Caused by Ruptured Aortic Dissection in a 13-Year-Old Boy

摘要: 13岁男性青少年因主动脉夹层破裂导致失血性休克死亡，患者初始症状为上腹部疼痛，病情迅速恶化，最终抢救无效死亡。通过系统的法医学检验，包括尸表检查、解剖和组织病理学分析，确定死因为主动脉夹层破裂引起的失血性休克。在评估过程中综合分析临床资料、家族史和可能的遗传因素至关重要。这一案例分析为法医实践中处理类似突发性死亡事件提供了一定的参考和指导。

Abstract: A 13-year-old male adolescent died of hemorrhagic shock due to rupture of aortic dissection. The initial symptom of the patient was upper abdominal pain, the condition deteriorated rapidly, and finally died after ineffective rescue. Through systematic forensic examination, including autopsy, anatomy and histopathological analysis, the cause of death was determined as hemorrhagic shock caused by rupture of aortic dissection. It is very important to comprehensively analyze the clinical data, family history and possible genetic factors in the evaluation process. This case analysis provides some reference and guidance for dealing with similar sudden death events in forensic practice.
