班级管理中小学生创造力培养的价值与路径
The Value and Path of Cultivating Creativity in Primary School Students through Class Management

摘要: 国家的兴旺靠创新,民族的昌盛靠创新,实现现代化离不开创新。加强创新教育,已经成为当前教育研究的一个热点问题。在班级管理中,班主任需要充分发挥自身作为教育主体的主导作用,以及学生作为主体的能动作用。通过构建班集体激励机制,大力弘扬学生的主体精神,以此培养学生的创造力品质,推动学生实现全面发展。文章将分析小学班级管理的现状以及班级管理中培养小学生创造力的价值,最后提出班级管理中小学生创造力培养的路径。
Abstract: The prosperity of a country depends on innovation, the prosperity of a nation depends on innovation, and modernization cannot be achieved without innovation. Strengthening innovative education has become a hot spot in current educational research. In class management, the class teacher needs to give full play to his leading role as the main body of education and the active role of students as the main body. By constructing a class collective incentive mechanism, students’ subjective spirit is vigorously promoted, so as to cultivate students’ creative quality and promote students’ all-round development. This paper will analyze the current situation of primary school class management and the value of cultivating primary school students’ creativity in class management. Finally, it will put forward the path of cultivating primary school students’ creativity in class management.
